OUTREACH
Our outreach programmes work with nurseries, primary schools and secondary schools, bringing high-quality performing arts opportunities directly into schools and communities.
We are particularly passionate about working with schools that do not currently have access to regular drama or performing arts programmes, giving children and young people the opportunity to experience drama and musical theatre.
Programmes are tailor-made to suit each school, sessions are focused on acting and musical theatre. Our programmes are designed to develop much more than performance skills. Through creative and practical sessions, students build confidence, communication, teamwork, self-expression, creativity and problem-solving skills, while developing transferable skills that can support them both inside and outside the classroom.
Outreach can take many different forms, from lunchtime and after-school performance clubs to structured classroom programmes and longer-term projects. Schools can also work towards a final outcome, such as a full-scale show. To show off their hard work and perform for their friends, teachers and families.
Our aim is to make performing arts accessible, inclusive and exciting, creating opportunities for young people to discover their creativity, find their voice and build confidence through the power of performance.
